non capisco il senso di questa frase (nè ovviamente come tradurla!). Una delle parti chiede il risarcimento dei danni non patrimoniali nella misura di euro xy, "OVVERO NELLA MAGGIORE O MINORE SOMMA RITENUTA DI GIUSTIZIA". Help!
