To assess the efficiency of the sample flush volume, two samples were aspirated from the vessel at the end point of the dissolution. The percent ratio between *sample aspirations* was calculated by dividing the difference in HPLC peak responses of the first sample and the second sample by the peak response of the second sample, and multiplying by 100.

Мне представляется маловероятным, что эти пробы (образцы) отсасывали аспиратором из емкости, где проходило растворение. Просто, видимо, неудачно выбран глагол (aspirate). Хотя, возможно, далее в тексте указано, чем именно их отбирали, и становится понятно, какой вариант перевода лучше выбрать.
