Hello Irene,
I think you'll get a much better chance to get help if you try to better describe the problem. What do you mean by "delimiters"? Tags? Placeables?
Word 2003 is not a problem.

What You try to describe is not understable. So, send me the file and I'll try to find what's wrong. OK ? Contact me via My ProZ.com Profile if You wish and I'll send You an email where You can attach the file.

I am trying to test Wordfast using the demo, but I am stumped on the first step of linking the program to Word. The instructions say to plug in the Wordfast template (wordfast.dot) into Word, but I cannot find the template document. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Anthony Anderson | | | What version of Word? | May 31, 2009 |
Please state what version of Word you are using. | |

If I ever do get it to work, do I just apply it and it should be okay to use when I am translating a document?
Thanks.
As you can tell, I just need help..I'm struggling. ▲ Collapse | | | Create new TM | Sep 29, 2009 |
Hello, these are instructions for Wordfast Classic (the one that works within MS Word, probably version 5.6 something)
On a blank Word document, click the "F" button and the settings interface should pop up. You will already be on the first tab "translation memory" and the first sub-tab is "TM". The second option on the TM tab is "New TM". Just click that button and from there it should be easy, just choose your language codes and then name/save your TM. | | | Pages in topic: < [1 2] | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » Wordfast Beginner- Help CafeTran Espresso |
