Your question is puzzling. Do you mean that you want to convert MultiTerm .mdb files to an early version of Trados Workbench .mtw files?
If so, that is an unusual requirement, which is probably why there is no simple facility in Trados.

Yeas that's right. I am using Trados 6.5 Freelance and it supports only Multiterm 5 (.mtw). A client send a database in .mdb format. That is why I want to convert it. Thank you for your reply. It will be great if you can help me.

T6.5 FL supports MultiTerm 6.x
Apr 25, 2006
Hi Dobrin
I am using Trados 6.5 Freelance and it supports only Multiterm 5 (.mtw).
Not at all - T6.5 FL does support MTiX, but you need to install it. (Have you installed MT5.5 at all?)
A client send a database in .mdb format. That is why I want to convert it.
Assuming that you have MT5.5 installed, you could ask your client to export the termbase in MT5.x import format.
Best regards,
Ralf
