Gabriele Alliata Japan Local time: 02:50 Japanese to Italian + ...

Hello there.
Which rates should I use for the translation of Japanese subtitles into Italian?
And what if the film has no written script, so I have to translate just hearing the actors' dialogues, without any other support?
Thank-you very much.
Gabriele

In my case

I have done one project (feature film) that I have to listen to the audio and do time coding and translating. I received the rate per minutes (that's what my agency usually use) that is about 40% more of what they offer for only translation+subtitling.
It was Japanese audio into English subtitle. I'm not sure if I could do it if it was vise versa. Easier, of course, to listen to your own language. Good luck.
