BaccS: "Maximum allowed job count exceeded." Is there a fix?

I am using BaccS version 4.14.0. (I know it was sold and became Trados Business Manager, but my install has continued to work until now so I continued to use it.)

Today when I tried to add a new job I got the error message "Cannot create a job. Maximum allowed job count exceeded." Is there a fix for this, or is this just the end of an outdated piece of software?
