Possible identity theft

Yesterday night many colleagues received an e-mail allegedly written by me and a extract from my old CV. Please kindly note that I have never sent anything like that, I would never allow myself to bother my colleagues and I am not currently looking for new clients. Please accept my apologies for this silly trick of somedody whose motives I refuse to understand.
