Hello everyone,
I've been contacted by this "Jennifer Tom" who's been asking me if s/he could market my curriculum. Apart from the adverse BlueBoard record (which in fairness dates back to last year), I would be wary of anyone from that part of the world, in terms of the difficulty of having any kind of legal recourse if you should experience problems. In addition, there has been a spate of recent scams originating from Palestine, apparently phishing for CV information; your contact seems to be more open about it, but even so, just what are YOU expected to get out of someone else marketing your CV?
Unless you have a very clear idea of what you stand to gain (or lose!), and have done your own due diligence as to the trustworthiness of this company, then I'd say no, don't waste any more time or effort on it... move on!
Some of the BlueBoard comments (even the favourable ones) also mention low rates, as is typical of Asian agencies; personally, I rarely find it worthwhile even bothering to reply to these bottom-end, 'bargain basement' agencies. | | | It's better to be safe than sorry | Dec 4, 2012 |

No one is banned for no reason, so it's advisable to take the hint.
Thank you for the support! I wised up and I certainly will not service them. Would you rather not answer them anymore or explicitly prohibit them to use you information?
