PerfectIt2 order information from gmail account?

Hello,

I assume that I'm being overly cautious, but I followed ProZ advertising partner link that I received by e-mail this morning and ordered PerfectIt2 at half price.

So far, so good, but the order information/confirmation e-mail that I received was from intelligentediting(at)gmail.com instead of an @plimus.com address. That is bizarre enough that I thought I would ask here, in spite of the fact that the add-on is working (theoretically, though, it could be a demo ve... See more

I assume that I'm being overly cautious, but I followed ProZ advertising partner link that I received by e-mail this morning and ordered PerfectIt2 at half price.

So far, so good, but the order information/confirmation e-mail that I received was from intelligentediting(at)gmail.com instead of an @plimus.com address. That is bizarre enough that I thought I would ask here, in spite of the fact that the add-on is working (theoretically, though, it could be a demo version).

Maybe someone from Intelligent Editing monitors the forums here and can help?

They are similar to Digital River in the US and are a digital software delivery company. You should not worry about transactions via Plimus.

I just realized that I wrote @plimus.com instead of @intelligentediting.com... My problem wasn't with Primus or Intelligent Editing: I just couldn't figure out why a legitimate company with its own domain would carry out any correspondence through a gmail account (this applies to both Plimus and Intelligent Editing).
