I have also received a job offer from this scammer in May 2011, but luckily I didn't accept the job. Hello Marianna,
Thanks for your reply. However, in order to look into this further and make sure that a banned outsourcer is not passing jobs through the site, support staff needs more information.
Would you mind submitting a support request via the support center then and provide all relevant information, http://www.proz.com/support ?
Many thanks in advance.

Last proposal was interesting for me, so I accepted it. I even started to work with it, but then I decided to check the Internet. Two email were used:
arnoud.altingvangeusau@gmail.com (latest emails)
stijloffensief@gmail.com (first email this summer)
So I contacted this person and asked to forget my email. ▲ Collapse | | | Arnoud is scammer, wow,he still continues to scam translators | Feb 20, 2012 |

It's the kind of ID theft scam this person is most skilled in, and it's a shame that he's a Chinese guy just over 30 years old. The first case was revealed back in early 2007. The numerous fake identities he used have been reported and logged on the Blue Board.

Of course, in this case, I am not sure it's indeed this Dillon Zheng (first Chinese name Xiangwei) who did it. You know, scammers learn very fast here, so it's possible that others may follow the example of Dillon Zheng. I only know that he is one of the most famous ID thieves in online translation business, and in China.
For more information about how he executed such ID theft scams, please google "dillon zheng", "dillon523", etc.
