Wow, I must be a cynic Apr 7, 2011

My first reaction was deep suspicion, but then maybe I am overly cautious. I haven't have so many bad experiences but I have happily been in the position to be careful and now insist on a purchase order before beginning work. I find this helps. It also weeds scams out as the terms and conditions should be included in the order. And too, if they then refuse to pay and you haven't signed a confidentiality agreement you can go after their client.
