"Request WWA feedback" not working for me either Jan 4, 2024

Hello! While looking for clarification I just spotted Juliana's post from last June. I'm experiencing a similar issue: I sent a WWA request email to an academic contact who I worked for some time ago. She didn't receive the email. I tried resending, but nothing. Then I experimentally tried sending WWA requests to my own email addresses - still nothing.

Is anybody else experiencing this issue? Is it a known problem?
