"Visitors" tab gone?

Hi all. Yesterday I noticed the Visitor tab in my profile was empty. That is to say, not showing the table with all the details about visitors' views. I thought it was a temporary issue (maybe the site staff were working on it or something), but today it's still empty...

Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Guess I'll have to open a support ticket then.

Now there's a button: "View Enhanced Profile Analytics - New" for a very complete (overkill) visitor analytics page.

Then click on visitors, and scroll down to see them.

While all this info is very nice, it's a setback. What's really important is the list! Now buried deep.

Hope they return the list to it's place, and add a tab/button for the analytics.

Hi Roy, thanks. However, what you're referring to is a "plus" feature, which is supposed to complement, not substitute, the good old visitor's tab. I currently can see that option, but I don't like it (and don't need it), 'plus' it doesn't show visitor's IPs.

At any rate, are you saying you can't see the old list either? As I said, for me it was there until yesterday...

I had the same problem yesterday, sent a support ticket and then this problem was solved.
Maybe if you send a support ticket, each cases will be fixed.

Thanks Katalin. Yes, I just did that, and the visitors' tab was restored. Again, weird...
