Hola,

tengo un problema. Tengo que hacer una factura para un trabajo de carrera, y se supone que mi empresa tiene su sede en España. Sin embargo la factura es para un cliente extranjero de fuera de la UE (Wall Street Journal). Mi pregunta es si se le debe añadir el IVA en la factura y si se le debe deducir el IRPF. Por lo que tengo entendido estos aspectos dependen de donde sea la empresa, y tengo bastante lío.
