Hello,

Is there here a discussion already existing about a major agency offering now their projects through bids? The same agency that required a discount of 5% last year in November and December and offers to pay a flat rate every month to use their online translation tool. I think we cannot name agencies in this forum. Keep me posted! Thanks!
