MemoQ Support not available after Friday 12:00?

I have a serious issue with a Star Transit NXT package that MemoQ after translation will not export without ruining many tags (locked Markup Segments). I had contact with MemoQ support that lasted for about an hour - friendly and helpful, but without a solution, and then suddenly: no more replies. After my 5th mail I tried to start a new support case, but to no avail. It is now 17:00 CET, approx 6 hours after I started my first support case and I cannot deliver my translation to a brandnew clien... See more

It looks like MemoQ went into the weekend on Friday at noon and they took the entire support crew with them.

Does anyone know either a solution to the issue or MemoQ's phone number?

Edit: In the meantime there is a reply. Apparently there is a bug in the program that needs to be repaired and it's going to take a while. That can happen, but it would have been nice to know.

Incidentally, I once had help from memoQ Support during the weekend, so don't give up all hope yet!
