Then you should check what possible status you have enabled in the Status tab of the Goto Next Settings dialog. Normally you should enable all checkboxes in the Row status... group, except for Confirmed and Proofread. With this set up, pressing Ctrl+G should take you to any segment that is neither confirmed not proofread. If all segments are confirmed... you get the warning message of course.
