Can't create a snaphshot, nor track changes

Hi,

In MemoQ 5.x, I can't create a snapshot for comparison of versions, nor enable the tracking of changes, even if I indicate my role of a proofreader and tick the "Record version history" box.

Why is that so? Is there anything else I must tick/untick? Or maybe this feature is available in a version higher than Translator Pro?

Hi Piotr,

You should be able to use track changes and versioning with a translator pro license.

But for a memoQ translation document to be "versionable", it must be born that way: the "record version history" setting must be turned on when importing the document, or there will be no versioning for it, ever.

Track changes, in turn, can be turned on from the Transaltion menu > Toggle track changes.
