I am a bit frustrated with a MemoQ functionality. I suspect it may have to do with the latest version I have downloaded (4.5.71).

Hi,

However the "Concordance" window that comes up always has the "Search in target" option selected. I know that that does not help me because I need to search the term against other "source" terms.
I would appreciate any tips on changing this default option. I may have inadvertently set up this option and cannot revert it now.
For not it cannot be changed, but I have asked them (as many other people apparently) that the dialog box remember your preference when you use Ctrl+K again. Maybe you want to email them at support@kilgray.com with the same request so that they take it even more seriously?

Edited to add this: To me it is more practical to select the expression in the source side of the grid and then press Ctrl+K, disable the checkbox and re-run the search. You can easily go to the source side without using the ouse by simply pressing the Tab key (it toggles you from the source and the target). When you do a concordance in the source column, anything you insert from the concordance will of course go into the target column.
Thank you very much for your reply. Although it is a bit disheartening to learn that the desired functionality does not work on the software, I am always hopeful that people at Kilgray may come up with a solution, given their track record of adventurous and ingenious entrepreneurship. I should look into sending them an email with my request, as suggested by you.

Dear Tomás,
Thank you very much for your reply. Although it is a bit disheartening to learn that the desired functionality does not work on the software, I am always hopeful that people at Kilgray may come up with a solution, given their track record of adventurous and ingenious entrepreneurship. I should look into sending them an email with my request, as suggested by you.
Your tip is useful, although it does not satisfy fully. But I am grateful for the trouble you have taken.
