Dear All,
After much consideration I decided to download a trial version of MemoQ.
I downloaded and installed the latest version (4.5.25.).
I went through the installation wizard, including the dialogue box that asks if I'm a new user and if want an activation number.

I downloaded and installed the latest version (4.5.25.).
I went through the installation wizard, including the dialogue box that asks if I'm a new user and if want an activation number.
After I went through the wizard the first time and I launched MemoQ, nothing happened. I could see the icon in my Tray and on the Desktop, I could see the Kilgray folder with all the program files, but when I clicked on the MemoQ icon, NOTHING happened. I was expecting to see a regular desktop application, but I can't see anything.
Then I unistalled MemoQ from Control Panel, installed it again - and repeated the process 3 or 4 times. From the 2nd time I could not see the dialogue box asking about the activation code.
Also, I never saw the dialogue where I could enter my details (name, etc.) for the activation code.
What am I doing wrong and how can I get this working?

Hm... I wonder whether your system is fully up-to-date. Have you ran Windows Update recently? If not, please do and try again.

my machine was recently upgraded to windows 7 as well and while memoq was opening without any problems initially, it does not want to open just now - I click on the icon and nothing happens - the first time after I switch on my laptop, and then try to open it, the usual small memoq update/status box appears with what looks like the software loading up but then it goes away and the software does not appear - any time after that nothing happens.
