Hi there, I'm trying to translate "Assignation" in "Assignation devant le tribunal de commerce de (name of city", but I'm relatively new to legal translation. Would "writ" be correct?
Also, would anyone be able to point me in the direction of resources that are helpful for legal translation terminology and formatting?
Thanks!
