Does document about insurance discounts need sworn translator?

if the customer says so. Certainly yes if the customer wishes so. It is not our business to check whether the institution receiving it neeeds a sworn translation or not but if somebody wants me to translate a birth certificate into Polish for the Polish Registry Office without legalization I would certainly ask him why
