Of course, as linguists, we should probably bemoan the fact that "intercourse" has now come solely to mean "sexual intercourse", thus resulting in the loss of a very useful word. Many a time I've been tempted to translate "Umgang" as "intercourse", but thought better of it...

On the other hand, I see nothing odd about Matlock, Washington. I do, however, find it amusing that an American TV series should be named after a small town in Derbyshire

I often marvel at street names around here as well and wonder who comes up with these gems. But some of the town names on this list definitely take the cake!

"This file was created with an unknown definition" or something like that... Just like the SDL hotline's effort at restoring it. They've never let me down before...
Mercifully about 66% of the file was in the TM, and I had written some of the terminology down with the primitive but fail-safe pencil and paper!!!
