Off topic: how can a I get a paypal in mainland china

to get a paypal account, one must have a international credit card something like expess or master card.but no one can have a international card like this in mainland china.how can i get it?

I have applied for a Great Wall USD Credit Card from Bank of China. however, it\'s not possible for you to withdraw money from your paypal account until you open an account in USA or Hongkong or any Paypal supporting countries.
