Does anyone know what's the average time to get an answer from the ProZ support team?

I'm also stuck in the same loop (version 12.1.8 on Mac)...I just keep clicking "verify" but it goes round in circles. I can't really afford all this lost time.
I have Pro Plus membership and the integration worked really well up until now, nothing changed on my end.
Is the issue with CafeTran or with ProZ?

I'm not sure. May I gently suggest acquiring a license from Igor? All in all, it is not that expensive, after all.

It's more that since ProZ offer it as part of the membership it should work as designed...
It is resolved now though. In case anyone else has a similar issue in future, the problem was with the ProZ API, not with CafeTran itself
