Trouble with CafeTran project (new user)

Hi,

I hope someone here can help me. I've been working on my second project ever for a few days and I got through about 30% of 11.000 words. It's a project consisting of 4 documents. I saved the project earlier this afternoon and then closed CafeTran (using just the x at the right-hand top).

When I opened the program again, and opened the project from the recent projects field, I only got two tabs (Matchboard and Proz.com) and it said I completed 0%.

When I opened the program again, and opened the project from the recent projects field, I only got two tabs (Matchboard and Proz.com) and it said I completed 0%.

I do see some translation units are completed on the left-hand window, but I can't continue working because when I click on a segment in the right-hand window, nothing appears in the fields (both source and target are empty). I tried exporting what I have, but then it says translation is not started.

My product version is 11.0.1

Can anyone please help?

Problem solved! Dec 14, 2022

Igor got in touch and helped me solve the issue. Really relieved that nothing is lost and very pleased with the quick support. I needed to Reset the preferences.
