Using CafeTran Espresso 2018 on a Microsoft Surface Pro?

After reading this:

I did install it on one occasion and the scaling was messed up (miniscule icons, and pretty much everything else). This was Windows (Surface Pro)

I was wondering: how does CafeTran Espresso 2018 look on a Microsoft Surface Pro?

Never tried with CafeTran, but... Sep 28, 2018

...I tried with Déjàvu on our Surface 3 PC, and it's almost unusable, unless you attch to it an external monitor.

Although you can hide all buttons and icons from CafeTran Espresso 2019, I can see what you mean: tiny screens need big brothers.
