CafeTran boasts what is probably THE most powerful concordance search and find & replace facility in any CAT tool. Have a look! As far as I know, CafeTran is the only CAT tool clever enough to allow you to run a F&R across both your attached TMs and the documents in your current project, which can be very handy if you all of a sudden decide that you want to change a specific term or phrase in your project, but also in your TM.

Also, CafeTran's Power Concordance dialogue allows you to find stuff literally anywhere: in the documents you are translating, in your TM (either those for segments or for terms), in your tab-delimited text glossary, online (via CTs built-in web search feature) or in external databases (e.g. "Total Recall" dbs, SQLite dbs, etc.).
