You’re right, there is no real manual yet. Hans and I are working on it day and night (in our spare time!). There are also plans to publish it in a downloadable format once it is done.

Remember to stop by the CafeTran mailing list, at https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!forum/cafetranslators where you can ask anything you want. Someone will usually answer in a matter of minutes. I would also recommend you repost your question about possible training in Spain there.
