Has anyone bought tranmail? (http://www.translation-agencies.com/)
Did it work? Is it worth buying?

Hi Dan,

I bought Tranmail about 15 months ago. I thought the investment was quite small, considering you get about 2000 e-mail addresses of translation agencies. To compile a list like that from scratch would take you months of non-stop googling, and your time would be better spent sending out applications and doing translations.

I bought Tranmail about 15 months ago. I thought the investment was quite small, considering you get about 2000 e-mail addresses of translation agencies. To compile a list like that from scratch would take you months of non-stop googling, and your time would be better spent sending out applications and doing translations.
The list is no guarantee you will get jobs, but even if you only got a few you would have made up for your investment. In my case the list has paid for itself hundreds of times over. I was lucky to hook up with a German translation agency who regularly sends me 3-4 jobs a week, amounting to a few thousand Euros so far. And up to now I only have applied to a fraction of the agencies in the list. I definitely think it's worth it. ▲ Collapse
