Term Harvest Expert unavailable?

I am using Alchemy Catalyst 10.0 Translator Edition (paid version).

I have a number of previous Catalyst project files (TTK files), from which I need to create a glossary. According to the information in the Help file, this could easily be done with the Term Harvest Expert - but in my program, the Term Harvest Expert is greyed out and unaccessible.

Why is this, and what can I do to activate it?
