I am trying to translate a slide for managers who must mentor new recruits.
the full sentence is
Mettre en place des fiches de mission sur l’exemple du terrain (objectif, indicateur, valorisation)
Can anyone advise what the three words in brackets would mean in this context.

Valorisation is the value added to a product or service when the objectives are reached.
Nothing to do with directly with the trainees as these features are to be used based on 'l’exemple du terrain' which means 'in the field studies'

: 'Valorisation' does get used in the sense of "valuation", and "evaluation" or "measurement" certainly appears to be a possibility IMHO - but not an unreserved "agree" as impossible to tell which kind of 'valorisation' from above question..
