Hi all,
I just want to check a small (general) phrase:
"Si en un proceso se han discuitido varias pretensiones, las costsas y costos se referirán unicamente a las que hayan sido acogidas para el vencedor."
It's the last part I don't quite know how to translate. Is it that the cost and fees only refer to those 'incurred' / 'accepted' by the prevailing party?
