The context is contract where the Author of a play assigns the intellectual property rights over the work to a third party called 'The Producer'.

An obligation of the producer is as follows:

Le Producteur s’engage à informer les coproducteurs, les co-réalisateurs et les structures d’accueil des stipulations du présent contrat.

I can't understand what the structures d'accueil are? Could it mean the theatres where the play is performed?
