Dear potential participant,

Kindly send me your final decision on your participation tomorrow 01-April-2006 to the powwow gathering in "Athinaion Politeia" Café - Restaurant - Bar in Thission at 14:00.

The reason that I'm asking is to inform the Café on the exact number of participants.

It was very successful; the atmosphere was extremely relaxed and we all have had an excellent time!
