German term

Stockwerkeigentum

German to English Law/Patents Real Estate
Vom unveränderten Walmdach über den Aufzugsschacht im Gebäudeinneren bis hin zur Aufteilung in Stockwerkseigentum sind alle Charakteristika der Häuser vertreten.

I know this term has been posted before but in this context what would be the best translation? It's talking about an old farm house which burnt town to the ground in a town fire and the features that the building shows (the building now houses a museum).

division of the commercial property doesn't only gets 2 hits and it's not a condo or apartment so that doesn't fit.

Any suggestions?

Thank you so much

to the separate living quarters on different floors

In the context of website for tourists, this may be a more appropriate register than using legal terminology.

(BrE) commonhold property/(Oz/CanE) strata title

Is this CH?

Asker in England so the first alt. is GB.

Flat or apartment as in the web ref. palpably doesn't work here.

Burnt down vs. town?

A farm or museum doesn't connote commercial property. In fact, agricultural land is the opposite in the UK and agri-holdings come in for a separate regime.
